Located in the Main Building (James Thomason Building), as a unit, the Estate Office came into existence in May 2021. Ever since its inception, the Estate Office has been entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities and functions. Among the varied functions of the Estate Office, significant are the allotment of Institute residences to Groups A, B, and C-MTS employees, bookings of Institute facilities, and allotment of Commercial Establishments in the Campus.
